Brian Robb, 35, has worked at Ford Motor Company as a product design engineer for eleven years. While at Ford, Brian has worked on such award-winning vehicles as the Ford Mustang and the Ford Focus. He was been recognized at the organizational level for his innovative contributions in design. Because of his experience with practical, cost-effective problem-solving methods, Brian has the skills needed to bring a fresh point of view to the challenges Ypsilanti faces.

Brian and his partner of 13 years, Kate de Fuccio, moved to Ypsilanti in 1995. Kate is a graphic designer at the Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency, where she is a member of AFSCME Local 1882, RESA Chapter. After renting on the Historic South Side of Ypsilanti for five years, the couple purchased a Princess Anne Victorian house on East Cross Street. Since moving to the Historic East Side, Brian spends weekends on home restoration projects and working in his perennial garden. Brian and Kate love the community life in Ypsilanti, and enjoy attending the many festivals and celebrations throughout the year.
